Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 2025

Welcome to BBB Nation Studio, operated by BBB Nation Ltd Rwanda (subsidiary of BBB Nation Inc Canada). By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings require a 20% refundable deposit to confirm the session.
The balance must be paid on or before the service day.
Accepted Payment Methods: MTN MoMo, Bank Transfer (details provided upon request).

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will forfeit the deposit.

3. Studio Use Policy

Clients are responsible for the conduct of all guests during their session.
No smoking, illegal activities, or damage to studio property is allowed.
Extra charges apply for overtime usage beyond the booked time.

4. Content Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for the content they create at BBB Nation Studio.
BBB Nation Studio is not liable for any claims regarding the content recorded, filmed, or produced.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients retain full ownership of their original recorded content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
BBB Nation Studio reserves the right to request permission to showcase work for promotional purposes (with client consent).

6. Amendments

BBB Nation Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
