• Clients are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform guidelines.

Copyright and Ownership

• All content recorded during podcast sessions is the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise agreed.
• BBB Nation Studio claims no ownership of recorded material but reserves the right to request permission to use clips for promotional purposes with client consent.
